Context
A multi-brand restaurant group ran seven brands, each producing its own weekly view of how the business was doing. Sales, labor, and inventory lived in different systems, and someone had to pull them together by hand before managers could see the full picture.
The problem
Every Monday started with spreadsheet assembly. Numbers were copied out of the point-of-sale system, labor reports, and inventory counts, then reconciled into a summary for each brand. It took roughly six hours per brand, the formats drifted from one brand to the next, and the numbers were often stale by the time anyone acted on them.
What we built
We built a workflow that pulls sales, labor, and inventory for each brand and compiles them into one manager-ready summary, in the same format every week. The assembly that used to eat Monday morning now runs on its own, and the output is a single consistent report per brand.
The result
Weekly ops reporting went from about six hours per brand to a 20-minute review. The Monday spreadsheet scramble is gone, the seven brands report in one shared format, and managers spend the start of the week reading the business instead of building the report.

Impact
Managers start the week reviewing the business instead of assembling spreadsheets.
- Roughly five and a half hours of weekly reporting work recovered per brand
- One consistent format across all seven brands
- Numbers ready first thing Monday, not midweek
How we estimate this: Value is the reporting hours recovered each week across the seven brands, plus faster and more consistent numbers for weekly decisions.
